About Me
I love what I do — even after over a decade working in public relations, communications, social media, and creative content production. I was the Digital Media Coordinator at The Royal Ottawa Mental Health Centre for 6 years before following my dreams of moving to London, UK. While in London, I worked as the Content and Social Media Manager at Digitas Health (part of Publicis Groupe) helping healthcare industry CEOs and VPs grow as thought leaders on social media.
This business is a culmination of working in PR, communications, and social media mainly within the healthcare industry: including mental health, pharmaceuticals, and working with healthcare executives to refine their personal brand and achieve their organizational goals.
My offerings may shift but my values are always at the core of my work: authenticity, creativity, spirituality, and connection.
